The NRICH approach

Confidence begins
with the questions
you ask.

Every property has a story. The acquisition price is only the opening line. Our evaluation framework looks at the evidence behind the value, the work required, the potential exit and the buyer best suited to execute.

01 /

Value with context

Comparable properties, condition and market context inform the valuation assumptions.

02 /

A realistic scope

Rehab needs, unknowns and execution demands are brought into the conversation early.

03 /

An exit worth testing

Flip, rental or redevelopment assumptions are reviewed for the strategy that makes sense.

04 /

The right buyer fit

Market, budget, funding, rehab tolerance and closing capability guide investor matching.

Our signature presentation

See the reasoning.
Not just the price.

The NRICH Investor Scorecard is our framework for presenting an opportunity clearly—so you can see what supports it and what still needs checking.

Assumptions you can inspect.

Price, value, rehab and strategy are presented as distinct inputs, with the basis and uncertainty visible.

Risk belongs in the presentation.

Open questions and execution concerns help you focus your own diligence before committing.

Fit is specific to the investor.

A strong opportunity for one operator may be the wrong project for another. Your buy box helps guide the match.

Before you begin

A few useful
answers.

Does joining the network guarantee opportunities?

No. Availability depends on the properties NRICH reviews and their fit with your criteria. Submitting your profile helps us understand your acquisition needs.

Do I need proof of funds to apply?

You can submit your initial investor profile first. Funding verification is handled afterward where appropriate. NRICH will coordinate how to provide documentation.

Can I pursue more than one investment strategy?

Yes. Your intake can include multiple strategies and property preferences. Tell us how your criteria differ by strategy in the additional buy box information.

Can owners and wholesalers both request a review?

Yes. Identify whether you own the property, have it under contract or are representing or referring it. NRICH will review the submission and clarify your authority and the next steps.

Are projected values and economics guaranteed?

No. Estimates depend on assumptions and information available at the time. Investors must independently verify property data, condition, costs, financing and the intended exit.
